Who can take live classes?

You must be a paying member to take live classes, unless a free class is being offered. If you're not a member, sign-up for a 7-day free trial and then join us for a live class!

How do I register for live classes?

  • Click on the REGISTER button above for the class you want to take. Enter your email address and name into the Zoom form.
  • Click the REGISTER button. A new webpage will open with a link to the class.
  • Click on this link immediately before the class starts. You also will receive an email with the same link.

What if I can't attend the live class?

All live classes are recorded and available to members in the REPLAY LIBRARY within 24 hours of the live class.


CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BASIC

The BASIC style is simple but not easy! It's ideal for beginners, yet also effective for intermediates who are looking for functional fitness. BASIC focuses on functional movements and positions that improve strength, balance, flexibility, breath expansion, and more.

FIT

The FIT style begins with centering breaths and dynamic stretch movements. Then we raise the heart rate and expand the lungs with active, low-impact cardio movements. Some workouts are walking workouts that feature constant movement, while others feature 30 second interval training. We finish with feel-good deep stretches.

STRETCH

The STRETCH style is a wonderfully relaxing experience that includes deep breathing and long stretch positions. Improve mobility, increase range-of-motion, and ease pain. Get ready for a great night of sleep after this relaxing experience!

STRENGTH

STRENGTH classes use dumbbells, resistance bands, ankle weights, as well as body weight positions to improve muscle tone and bone density. Strength is the foundation of the foundations! Make sure to do your strength work each week.

FLOW

The FLOW style works best for intermediates and people who without mobility restrictions. This style features movements combined with focused breathing. Go deep into your yoga practice with movements and positions that open, stretch, and strengthen the body. Cues will be offered that keep you moving safely and efficiently. This class culminates with deliciously deep stretches.

REST & RENEW

A wonderfully relaxing guided meditation and deep breathing experience. You don't need anything for this class other than a comfortable place on the floor, a couch, or even sitting upright in a chair. Enjoy!
