The BASIC style is simple but not easy! It's ideal for beginners, yet also effective for intermediates who are looking for functional fitness. BASIC focuses on functional movements and positions that improve strength, balance, flexibility, breath expansion, and more.
FIT
STRENGTH
STRENGTH classes use dumbbells, resistance bands, ankle weights, as well as body weight positions to improve muscle tone and bone density. Strength is the foundation of the foundations! Make sure to do your strength work each week.
MISSION
My Mission is to help you stay fit for your today and for your future. The second half of life is the best half! You have many great years ahead. But aging is hard on the body. You can do so much good for your body with a smarter approach to fitness. Give me 30 minutes and I'll help you stay fit for your future.
